Guidance Counselor

The University of Perpetual Help System - Laguna is currently looking for dedicated and passionate Guidance Counselors.

Basic Function:

• The Guidance Counselor provides guidance and counseling services to the students as the need arises along with data from psychological tests and inputs from teachers, administrators and parents. She/he attends to the personal and psycho-emotional needs of the students in relation to their academic performance and total formation in general.

Major Responsibility:

• Develop the guidance and counseling program.
• Interviews, counsels, and assists students in finding ways to clarifying issues which and of concern to them.
• Maintains and analyses all student data and prepare programs and activities to provide support to all students' plans.
• coordinates with professors, parents, and other stakeholders concerned in his/her counseling works.
• Conducts group guidance sessions, orientation activities, trainings and seminar.
• Conducts individual and group counseling.
• Explains psychological test results to students, professor, parents, and/or any authorized persons, either in group or individually.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Registered Guidance Counselor
• Must have Masters in Guidance Counseling
• At least one year relative experience
• Amenable to work on-site in Binan, Laguna
