Accounts Receivable Specialist | Night Shift Can Start ASAP

We are currently looking for a passionate ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE – PAYMENT SPECIALIST for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift). Responsibilities Process customer payments: Credit Card payment postings (posting the previous days payments to accounts in Visual) B2B ACH payment postings Lockbox Payment Postings BB&T ACH payment postings BMO ACH manual payment postings Follow up with customers via phone or email to update accounts accurately. Assists with related special projects, as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience At least 1 - 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Processing Payment, or a similar role Strong computer skills and proficiency in any accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and the like Strong experience with Excel (cut/paste, formulas, delimiting, formatting) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player About Staff Outsourcing Solutions Staff Outsourcing Solutions, is an offshoring and outsourcing solutions provider based in Cebu.
