Position

Finance Analyst

Department: Finance Department

Reporting Line: Chief Finance Officer

Finance Execution Management
  • Contribute in the development and implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
  • Coordinating and preparing all client cost proposals and ensuring agency margins and profitability are protected.
  • Develop, monitor, and audit proposed hours against actual hours rendered by Agency to ensure and maximize profitability.
  • Develop Agency rate card and ensure quarterly review to improve Agency bottomline.
  • Conduct regular industry benchmarking studies to ensure Agency rates are competitive while maintaining profitability.
  • Prepare, review, and consolidate weekly business development reports as well as monthly, quarterly and annual profit and loss statements for each project as it impacts business projections.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, analyses and information reports to support business decisions.
  • Organize, update, safekeep, and protect all finance documents.
  • Manage vendors from sourcing, bidding, coordinating and ensuring vendors follow Agency code of conduct and processes.
  • Maintain records systems in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
  • Co-create and improve finance policies, processes, and documentation.
  • Support business units/departments in planning initiatives by providing sound financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.

Technical Experiences
  • Experienced professional (at least 2 years) in Finance function with strong operational experience, ideally with development and implementation of creative financial management strategies and solid working knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of BIR, SEC, PEZA rules and reportorial requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field
