Overview

Payroll Specialist (Middle East) – Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Join AECOM to support day-to-day payroll services for the Middle East region, processing activities in compliance with established methodologies, regulations and service levels, and administering relevant payroll and HR systems.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately and timely perform assigned activities in support of payroll services.
  • Provide administrative assistance to regulation alignment activities to ensure compliant payroll processing (Taxation, Legislation, and other regulations).
  • Perform systems and documentation management activities to ensure compliance and alignment to payroll records and documentation.
  • Escalate and analyze identified issues to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
  • Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and resolving common and recurring issues.
  • Participate in assigned audit-related activities.
  • Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in payroll.
  • Experience in processing Middle East payroll; exposure to end-to-end payroll processing is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Experience in high-volume/high-headcount payroll processing.
  • Experience with Empower/Easy Pay, ADP, Global view, Celegro and Workday or other payroll systems.
  • Experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Additional Information

Hybrid setup: 2-3x per week return-to-office. Shift schedule: Mid-shift (Sunday to Thursday).
