The role involves providing high-quality first-level support to the user community for IT-related hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include logging incidents, resolving queries, supporting IT account processing, and managing technical outages following crisis procedures. The position also involves onboarding/offboarding, procurement requests, and maintaining current knowledge of IT environments and policies.

• Proficiency in supported operating systems and applications such as Outlook 2016/365, Office 365, Windows 7/10, Skype for Business, SharePoint 365, and troubleshooting PCs, monitors, printers, and network connectivity.
• Professional, courteous demeanor and strong analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to follow documented processes effectively.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with on-call weekends and holidays as per schedule; overtime paid accordingly.
• Preferably 3+ years of HelpDesk experience.
• College/Bachelor’s Degree.
