As the primary liaison between Talent and Campaign Managers (including during evenings and weekends), you will ensure the smooth execution of campaign deliverables and talent activations. You will collaborate closely with talent managers, campaign managers, sales teams, and brand clients to coordinate campaign activities and ensure that all deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations are met to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Talent & Campaign Coordination Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and social channels. Act as the primary liaison between activating talent and campaign managers (via Discord, email, messaging platforms, and occasional phone). Manage activation details, deliverables, timelines, and communication to ensure successful campaign execution. Communication & Client Interaction Maintain clear, timely communication between talent, clients, and internal teams. Provide campaign updates, address feedback, and ensure talent is aligned with expectations. Handle sensitive communication matters with professionalism and discretion. Project Management & Reporting Use project management tools to track deliverables, tasks, and timelines. Prepare reports on campaign performance, engagement, impressions, and overall success. Proactively resolve issues or conflicts to minimize campaign disruptions. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Talent Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, campaign management, influencer marketing, or a related field. 1+ year experience working with streamer talent. 1+ year experience using streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick). Experience working with various tiers of talent or clients, including high-profile individuals. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Proficiency in CRM or project management tools, plus MS Office / Google Workspace. Flexible to work on evenings/nights and weekends based on campaign needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
