- Evaluate and monitor health hazards in the workplace.
- Recommend control measures to mitigate occupational health risks.
- Diagnose and manage occupational and work-related illnesses and injuries.
- Provide emergency and first-aid care, and ensure timely referrals as needed.
- Develop and implement medical emergency protocols.
- Ensure availability and readiness of emergency medical supplies.

- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and exit medical examinations.
- Monitor and track the health of workers exposed to specific risks.
- Provide care to diagnose and manage occupational and work-related illnesses and injuries.
- Provide emergency and first-aid care, and ensure timely referrals as needed.
- Develop and implement medical emergency protocols.
- Ensure availability and readiness of emergency medical supplies.
- Lead workplace wellness initiatives and health education campaigns.
- Provide consultations on nutrition, stress, hygiene, and mental health.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Prepare and submit occupational health reports to DOLE and other authorities.
- Support the OSH committee and work closely with the nurse, safety officer, and HR team.
- Conduct training and capacity-building for first aiders and safety personnel.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), licensed to practice in the Philippines.
- With DOLE-recognized training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health.
- Preferably with experience in industrial or occupational medicine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work part-time or full-time on a consistent, regular schedule.
- English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of medical, chemicals and hazardous materials management, and safety laws.
- Analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
