Overview Manulife Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Join to apply for the Financial Sales Associate role at Manulife . Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Working Arrangement: In Office Responsibilities Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients of the bank. Work closely with branch sales and service teams to deliver innovative product solutions addressing protection, long-term savings, and investment needs. Strengthen long-term client relationships through excellent customer service. Assist the Business Center in achieving sales goals and targets, including lead generation, lead conversion, account acquisition, account maintenance, repeat business, cross-selling of MCBL products. Prepare monthly sales call plans and daily sales call reports; record and review action plans, sales results, and client data; conduct client calls and presentations; prepare required management reports. Generate new account relationships, deepen existing ones, and perform account handling to improve profitability and expand business. Maintain cordial relations with clients and ensure timely handling of financial needs and requirements. Prepare and ensure availability of documentary requirements. Conduct market/competitor research, client mapping, telesales, sales calls, and on-site product presentations for new business acquisitions (may be joint with Branch Manager). Promote and facilitate referrals of MCBL products and services to clients. Perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as per client risk profile. Ensure daily email communications are checked and attended to. Attend meetings, trainings, conferences, and related learning activities as required. Comply with HR System requirements and other HR deliverables within deadlines. Complete compliance trainings and adhere to customer protection, privacy, data handling, and regulatory requirements. Conduct policy reviews to provide quality customer experience and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; provide after-sales service. Conduct post-sales service and real-time escalation of complaints to the appropriate units. Facilitate collections via ADA, over-the-counter, or cheque payments. Plan leads regularly with Branch Manager to generate quality sales leads. Other relevant tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree. Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred; sales or customer service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality, or IT industries is also welcome. Preferred Qualifications Self-driven and highly motivated. Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
