We’re looking for a systematic and data-driven Email Marketing Strategist who wants to make a real impact on a fast-growing wellness brand.

As our Email Marketing Strategist, you’ll own the email marketing strategy across multiple geographies. You’ll play a critical role in turning cold audiences into first-time buyers, then into loyal subscribers and long-term advocates.

If you’re the kind of person who combines sharp copywriting with rigorous data analysis — and loves making email a true growth engine — this role is for you.

Who this role is NOT for:

This is not a role for someone who just pushes out basic campaigns, sets up standard flows, and reports on opens/clicks/revenue.

  • You are a general VA with no specialized email/retention experience.
  • You rely entirely on AI for copywriting.
  • You’ve never worked with an e-commerce brand or DTC business
  • You’re unfamiliar with platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign
  • You’ve never managed segmentation strategies or email automations beyond the basics (welcome, abandoned cart).

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Customer Journey Mapping – design lifecycle communications that guide customers from first purchase → subscription → retention → upsell.
  • Broadcast Planning – develop a systematic calendar of campaigns tied to product launches, events, and promotions across multiple geographies.
  • Automation Building & Optimization – create and improve flows that drive onboarding, upsells, churn prevention, and reactivation.
  • A/B Test Tracking – run structured experiments (subject lines, creative, offers, segmentation) and document insights.
  • Data Analytics & Attribution – measure email’s true contribution to LTV and retention, not just short-term clicks.
  • Zero-Party Data Collection – set up surveys and use insights for smarter segmentation and personalization.
  • Building Zapier / Make Integrations – connect systems to automate workflows and data flows.
  • Team Coordination – work with content, design, and product teams to ship high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Multi-Geography Execution – adapt campaigns for different markets (US, SG, etc.) while keeping brand voice consistent.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing for eCommerce or subscription brands.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills with a portfolio of high-performing campaigns.
  • Deep familiarity with Klaviyo (or equivalent ESPs), segmentation, and automation logic.
  • Strong analytical ability — can read raw data, segment results, and link performance to retention and LTV.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • A builder’s mindset: willing to grow with the company and eventually build and lead a retention team.

This is a full-time remote role (with daily check-ins and clear accountability).

Remuneration: ~100,000 - 130,000 PHP per month (may vary based on experience)

Commitment: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm)
