Design, develop, and maintain low-code/no-code business applications to modernize legacy systems and automate workflows at MinebeaMitsumi Cebu. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: Designing and developing custom business applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Google AppSheets and Microsoft Power Apps Replacing outdated applications with modern, scalable solutions Working with Google Cloud and open-source relational databases to create a data ecosystem Gathering and analyzing requirements from business process owners Defining and managing a backlog for agile software development Planning and coordinating testing to ensure application quality Providing ongoing maintenance, improvements, and enhancements Managing software licensing and ensuring compliance About You: The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Experience with low-code development is preferred, but fresh graduates are also accepted Knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Experience working with SQL-based relational databases Understanding of license management Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and existing applications Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package 13th month pay Premium pay for overtime, holidays, rest days, and night shift (as applicable) Medical Insurance (HMO) coverage for employees, with the option to enroll dependents Accident insurance for employees, with the option to enroll dependents Paid sick leaves and vacation leaves (convertible to cash) Annual merit increase Company-initiated benefits including mortuary assistance for employees and dependents, hospitalization assistance, and emergency loan Early retirement and standard retirement plan Loyalty benefits Training & Development: Opportunities for overseas training and/or deployment to MinebeaMitsumi global factories are provided.
