URGENT #HIRING for Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative
Location: BGC, Taguig (onsite) / Taguig City area as applicable

We are looking for personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.

- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) up to 400,000 PHP; medical HMO insurance effective on day 1 (can cover up to 2,000,000 PHP including up to 3 dependents)
- Medicine reimbursement up to 10,000 PHP (can go up to 40,000 PHP with dependents)
- Equipment provided (if the company conducts a WFH setup)
- Other benefits: leave, promotions, paid training, performance incentives, transportation or on-site parking where applicable
Salary
Up to 31,000 PHP per month (range may vary by role and location)
Qualifications
- College graduate for computer-related courses (for TSR only) with at least 12 months (1 year) of BPO experience
- College undergraduate, college level, or associate graduate with at least 24 months (2 years) of BPO experience
- Willing to work onsite
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and process orders or returns as needed
- Offer product and service information, advise on solutions, and assist with client conversions
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the data capture tools
Schedule & Work Arrangements
- 8-hour shifts with various options including evening, night, fixed, flexible, or rotational shifts
- Overtime and potential shifts from Monday to Friday depending on role
Supplemental Pay
- 13th month salary, anniversary bonus, performance bonuses, and other incentive programs
COVID-19 considerations: Virtual processes where applicable; some roles require onsite presence
