Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing Organizational Financial Strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
  • High-level financial reporting and analysis
  • Regular budget consolidation
  • Cash flow management
  • Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
  • Stakeholder management, Debt management and collection
  • Supervising and reviewing accounting practices: at both small and large companies, financial controllers supervise accounting teams. Check accuracy and ensure that all work meets applicable compliance standards.
  • Improving efficiency: identify ways to improve financial efficiency and excel at cutting costs and boosting profits.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders: external investors, partners, and other external stakeholders
  • Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings

Key Hard Skills

  • Technical Accounting Skills: Strong background in generally accepted accounting principles
  • Mastery of Accounting Systems: Familiar with cost, financial, and managerial accounting
  • Industry-Specific Experience: Strong working knowledge of the industry
  • Knowledge of Regulations and Compliance Requirements: Understanding of Securities and Exchange Commission reporting standards

Requirements

  • Accounting MBA or a CPA license. 5+ years experience as Business/Accounting Analyst
  • Knowledge in KPI metrics, performance evaluation, product/pricing auditing
  • Specialized expertise in remodeling/roofing operations
  • Product cost, inventory, purchase orders, data crunching, costing, invoices, material & goods, profit/non-profit, organizing financial data
  • Reviews invoices, assesses job costs, and monitors profit
  • Cost analysis for job profit monitoring (invoices vs labor)
  • Sales commissions and data organization, sales goals, statistics
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, content writing, QuickBooks user
  • Creates Excel sheets that produce data

Compensation

  • Starting $5-7/hour depending on skills & qualifications
  • Permanent Work from home
  • Full-time and direct employment

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
