The Associate Dev Business Analyst will focus on handling and analyzing business requirements provided by PMs.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Gather, analyze, elicit the business requirements
  • Create design and test plans according to business requirements
  • Ensure that the developed solution fulfills the needs defined in the business requirements
  • Participate in product maintenance and support activities
  • Present requirements to stakeholders

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business or IT course
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Research, analysis, and technical documentation skills
  • Knowledge or familiarity with functional testing
  • Willingness to be trained

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in ERP is a plus
  • Technical knowledge (APIs, Integration)
  • Experience with tooling (Flowcharts, Diagrams, JIRA)
  • Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented
