About The Role As a Mobile Developer , you will contribute to the development of our flagship product, i21 and Mobile application , across various software modules. You will be responsible for both client-side and server-side aspects of the application, playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions. This position is Hybrid, requires working in our office in Makati City 3 to 4 days per week. Qualifications Front End – Angular Ionic Framework, Javascript Back End – NET Core C# Database – SQLLite, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills Capacity to learn fast and adjust to changes that include but are not limited to technology, code, programming approach, team groupings and projects Ability to approach an idea with a simplified view and find efficient ways to code or resolve issues High level of initiative and commitment to the job, the company and creation of the product Self-starter that shows the initiative to get things done Nice To Have Sencha Ext JS and React JavaScript framework knowledge Figma / Tailwind js / Typescript PostgreSQL Experience in ERP, Financial or Accounting applications, a plus .NET MVC Framework .NET Core Exposure to AI-enhanced development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.) Working Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Familiar with CI / CD Experience in handling complex stored Procedures Duties And Responsibilities Embrace and promote AI-powered tools to assist in coding, documentation, and testing. Collaborate with the web development team to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed expectations. Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure that development projects are completed on schedule and align with business goals. Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness, ensuring a seamless user experience.
