If you’re driven to make an impact and eager to be part of a dynamic team, we want YOU to join our journey What You’ll Do: Purpose of the Role ProV International is in the process of establishing an SAP Practice to serve the European market (with a focus on the Nordics). We are seeking a senior SAP professional who has hands‑on experience building or running an SAP practice , preferably with direct exposure to SAP’s Partner Program (Silver/Gold/Platinum) , and who can help design our Go‑to‑Market (GTM) and business plan . Key Responsibilities Develop a detailed go‑to‑market strategy for SAP services — including Implementation, Migration, and AMS (Application Managed Services) — targeting Nordic and broader European clients. Partnership Enablement: Guide ProV on the SAP partnership journey (Silver → Gold → Platinum) including co‑sell and co‑marketing opportunities, MDF utilization, and SAP ecosystem navigation. Business Planning: Build a comprehensive 3‑year SAP Practice business plan deck (Revenue forecast, GM%, investment needs, delivery model, headcount ramp‑up, etc.). Provide insights on SAP competitive landscape, regional customer behaviors, and whitespace opportunities across Europe (Nordics, DACH, UK/Ireland, Benelux). Practice Setup Guidance: Advise on practice structure, capability development, IP/accelerator creation, certification paths, and talent mix (implementation vs AMS). Partner Network Building: Introduce relevant SAP ecosystem contacts (alliances, distributors, ISVs, implementation partners) and help initiate collaboration discussions. Knowledge Transfer: Conduct internal workshops for ProV leadership to accelerate understanding of SAP offerings, RISE with SAP, BTP, and S/4HANA migration models. What We’re Looking For: 15+ years of experience in SAP ecosystem, with at least 5 years leading an SAP practice or alliance/partner management role. Proven track record of co‑selling or co‑marketing with SAP (preferably under the PartnerEdge program). Strong understanding of RISE with SAP, S/4HANA (on‑prem/cloud), BTP, and AMS . Experience in building GTM decks, pricing models, and value propositions . Exposure to European markets (Nordics preferred) . Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills. Consulting mindset with ability to work in an advisory capacity (short‑term engagement possible).
