Overview

Senior Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics leading a dynamic team of analysts while providing hands-on analytics support. You will help improve processes and drive the value of analytics in the organization by supporting the global supply chain through analytics, delivering accurate reports, and solving data/process issues.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Manage and execute analytics and automation projects.
  • Provide regular analytics support and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain operations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering/Management-related fields.
  • At least 5.5 years of relevant experience in Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain, or in data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Procurement functions or Supply Chain Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge in Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Ability to train and coach junior analysts.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Background in machine learning models and their applications is a plus.
