OverviewWe’re hiring a Seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join onsite in Bacolod. You’ll help customers with timely answers, compassionate product guidance, and effective issue resolution as part of a global team.
What You’ll Do- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
- Completed senior high school or high school (old curriculum)
- 6 months of customer service experience or more (BPO or Non-BPO)
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- Get Php 12,000 completion bonus (terms and conditions apply)
