Contractual for Filinvest Project - coordinating with Filinvest representatives and contractors to schedule site activities and gather necessary project data Assist in conduct of site assessments and monitoring activities for Filinvest's project portfolio Preparing project-specific checklists, Initial Compliance Inspection Reports (ICIRs), and supporting documentation under the supervisions of senior staff Uploading and organizing monitoring projects, photographs, and attendance documentation in the shared drive system Drafting Self-Monitoring Reports (SMRs) and Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMRs), and assisting in their notarization, finalization, and submission Supporting internal and external workshops, presentations, or meetings related to project compliance Processing Environmental Permits and clearances from the DENR-EMB Coordinating with the Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) for permits and clearances applicable to Filinvest project locations under LLDA jurisdiction Monitoring the status of all permits application and ensuring timely submission of supporting documents Maintaining organized records of issued permit, official receipts, and correspondence with regulatory agencies Provides support in the preparation of replies to EMB or LLDA notices, audit findings, or compliance related inquiries Must be a graduate of Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or any related field Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in environmental compliance, permitting, or environmental monitoring With PCO Training is a plus Preferably with Driver's License and knows how to drive Automatic transmission Basic knowledge of DENR-EMB regulations, permitting processes, and environmental compliance requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients and regulatory agencies Willing to travel for site inspections, field monitoring, and coordination activities are required Demonstrates a keen attention to detail, initiative, and a commitment to environmental protection and regulatory compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
