Overview

Arteak Ltd is seeking experienced HSE professionals to work as Construction Safety Leads (CSLs) to support multiple high-priority sites in the Philippines. We are recruiting multiple positions and are looking for professionals who are committed to safety, operational excellence, and responsive service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily HSE oversight on client sites.
  • Ensure full alignment with HSE Control Framework and Life-Saving Rules
  • Maintain high standards of competence, safety culture, and field quality
  • Act swiftly to resolve performance issues or site concerns
  • Support regional coverage plans - including backup resource deployment when required
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and site walkdowns
  • Contribute to incident prevention, hazard identification, and near-miss reporting
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction HSE or safety leadership roles
  • Proven experience working on large industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of international safety standards (e.g. IOGP, HSSE-MS)
  • Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH, OSH, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and coaching skills
  • Flexibility to travel or relocate within the Philippines
  • Previous experience supporting large oil companies or other multinational energy clients
  • Filipino nationals or residents with local project experience are strongly encouraged to apply
