Use your design, writing, and project management skills to make a meaningful impact We are seeking for a versatile professional proficient in Canva and other editing tools. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Design Create branded graphics and layouts in Canva. Create compelling visuals and promotional materials using Canva or other editing tools Design products beyond templates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Edit and prepare short-form videos and produce polished Reels for social media platforms Social Media Management Manage and maintain a content calendar across all social media platforms. Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across channels. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Enhances online engagement through strategic initiatives, creative content, and consistent branding. Reporting Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with brand goals Stay informed on beauty industry trends and competitors Provide feedback and recommendations based on performance insights, with actionable improvement suggestions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry Proficiency in Canva and other editing/design tools Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies Must have a portfolio showcasing previous marketing or design work Excellent communication skills and attention to visual detail Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must be willing to work on-site in Bahay Toro, Quezon City Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday #J-18808-Ljbffr
