Business is important, but so is the wellbeing of our employees. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement upselling strategies to grow accounts. Secure contract renewals and negotiate terms with clients. Manage ad placements and budgets to ensure optimal ROI. Conduct client onboarding and briefing meetings. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to capture and address client feedback effectively. Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction. Schedule meetings and coordinate client communications. Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Monitor brand compliance in all deliverables. Manage social media accounts, including content strategy and engagement metrics. Prepare output and performance reports for internal and client review. Gather client assets and brand resources needed for project execution. Develop creative briefs for multimedia teams, ensuring alignment with client goals. Coordinate closely with multimedia artists, content producers, and directors to execute creative outputs. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow processes. Provide guidance and training to junior team members in account and project management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team effectiveness. Educational Background and Work Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field At least Two (2) years of proven accounts management, marketing project management work experience. Competencies Needed Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. Proven capability in managing projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met efficiently. Ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions quickly. Understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms to optimize account performance. Ability to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients. Experience in working cross-functionally to drive results and maintain high performance. Strong analytical skills to enhance internal workflows and improve operational efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
