The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare specialists, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and documentation quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of CDI/DRG specialists to meet productivity and quality benchmarks Monitor and evaluate team performance; provide regular coaching and feedback Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards and coding guidelines Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement Handle escalations, resolve process issues, and support client deliverables Prepare and submit reports related to team metrics and performance Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO or healthcare outsourcing environment Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with CDI and/or DRG processes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of medical coding standards and healthcare compliance is a plus Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Can start immediately #J-18808-Ljbffr
