The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving results. As the Accounting Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations and managing a team of accounting professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management Oversee the month-end and year-end close process Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall business performance Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a key member of the leadership team Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA designation or equivalent certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Experience with financial reporting and analysis Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software Experience with strategic planning and decision-making processes is an asset Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing, Finance, and Administrative Industries Administrative and Support Services and Business Consulting and Services Location Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
