Foreman

Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction or maintenance workers. Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is carried out according to plans and safety standards. Inspect work progress and quality to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards. Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and minimizing waste. Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox meetings or safety briefings. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other supervisors for job instructions and schedules. Maintain daily work reports, attendance records, and progress documentation. Resolve on-site issues, such as work delays, material shortages, or personnel concerns. Train and guide workers to improve skills and work performance. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the job site at all times. Qualifications: AtleastHigh School Graduate orVocational Course Graduate in construction-related field (e.g., Civil Technology, Building Construction). Withatleast 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman or Leadman in construction, maintenance, or related work. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledgeable in reading blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Familiar with workplace safety procedures and building standards.
