  • In-charge of the validation of all inventory items in the warehouse from fresh deliveries and day to day movement from operations.
  • Manage the damage, excess and missing inventory to minimize warehouse costs through efficient and timely process of reconciliation of inventory.
  • Validating, approval and rejection of cycle counts with discrepancies found and declared by all departments (inbound, outbound and inventory).
  • In-charge of accounting and filling for validated damage claims to the agency for all damages with identified culprits.
Job Description
  • In-charge of the validation of all inventory items in the warehouse from fresh deliveries and day to day movement from operations.

Requirements
  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably has 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
  • Knowledgeable on Warehouse Management System
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Amenable to be assigned in Davao
