Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  1. Specialist and Value Selling Consultant for a range of Process Solutions.

  2. Territory coverage for assigned accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  3. Successful onboarding into targeted segments, completing assigned sales responsibilities; regular updating of Sales tools and sales reports.

  4. Meeting sales targets and agreeing on key performance indicators.

  5. Learn and apply product application, segment-specific knowledge, and regulatory compliance standards.

  6. Consistent lead generation across other SBUs, divisions, and evangelists for the MT brand.

  7. Lead generation through planned potential account visits & marketing campaigns.

  8. Pipeline, KPI & customer management via heavy CRM usage.

  9. Follow-up on leads & proactive penetration of high-potential accounts.

  10. Coverage of assigned accounts to meet/exceed sales targets.

  11. Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to tailor solutions for customers.

  12. Provide technical evaluation, working in conjunction with the technical support team.

  13. Become a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for MT products.

  14. Effective communication of requirements and applications, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and technical expertise.

  15. Responsibility for presenting solutions to customers and engaging in the sales process.

  16. Determine improvements through analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environments; propose changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services.

  17. Maintain records of customer communication and sales activities in CRM.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in any Science / Engineering or related field from a reputable university.

  • Minimum 2 years of sales/laboratory experience preferred.

  • Instrumentation/Laboratory sales or technical experience advantageous.

  • Able to network across all levels and work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills.

  • Independent with good communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, energetic, with a passion to succeed.

  • Sound business acumen, especially in identifying potentials and devising solutions.

  • High standards, aggressiveness, agility, and critical reasoning.

  • Willing to travel within the Philippines.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to own a personal vehicle.
