Human Resources Supervisor | Strategic HR Leadership, Training and Development About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead safety training and awareness programs.
  • Maintain safety records and reports for audits.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., DOLE, FDA) for compliance.
Qualifications
  • Certifications: DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2–SO3)
  • Minimum Training Requirement: Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
  • Experience: 1–2 years as Safety Officer
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
