Table & Station Maintenance: Prepare tables for guests, keep dining areas clean, and clear tables after customers have left. Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene standards, clean equipment, mop floors, and keep the store or restaurant tidy and organized. Inventory & Stocking: Keep service areas stocked with supplies like drinks and desserts, and assist with inventory management. Opening & Closing Duties: Assist with setting up the establishment for the day and performing closing duties, such as cleaning and tidying up. Essential Skills Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent service with a friendly and positive attitude. Communication: Clear and effective communication to interact with customers and team members. Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient service. Multitasking: Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during busy periods. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in order accuracy and food preparation to meet standards.
