Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Developer at iSupport Worldwide, located in Quezon City. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, customizing Salesforce solutions, creating technical documentation, and providing support for Salesforce users. The role involves working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of data management, including data modeling, data migration, and data integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus
