Vertaccount is actively looking for a Senior Auditor in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional ethics. This position provides hands-on training, direct mentorship, and opportunities for career growth within our audit team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and conducting audit engagements. Analyze and prepare financial statements and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance. Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement. Document audit findings and prepare workpapers in accordance with firm standards. Communicate audit issues and recommendations effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (preferably CPA). Minimum 3 to 7 years of external audit experience. Experience working in a CPA firm and with US clients is a huge advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge with audit software is a plus). Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Preferably resides near or in Metro Manila. Amenable to work on the night shift schedule. Benefits: Opportunity to go to New York.
