Overview BlueAlly is seeking an outstanding Graphic Designer to collaborate closely with our Creative Director in developing art and campaigns that break through the noise to engage people across the audience spectrum. The role demands a dynamic visual storyteller capable of producing technically solid, high-impact print, video, and digital advertising. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Creative Director, strategic team, and broader organization to develop concepts and campaigns that align with brand strategy and business objectives. Create compelling print collateral, digital display ads, social assets, and dynamic motion graphics. Produce and edit video content for advertising, promotional, and social channels. Translate strategic briefs into disruptive, engaging, and measurable creative solutions. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders using Jira (or equivalent project management tools). Maintain a consistent BlueAlly brand voice and partner brand integrity while experimenting with bold new creative approaches. Stay ahead of industry trends and champion innovation in design, advertising, and digital storytelling. Core Skills & Tools Illustrator (vector & brand design) Animate (interactive and HTML5 animation for web/digital ads) After Effects (motion graphics, VFX, dynamic ad content) Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) for collaboration and presentation. Project management tools such as Jira (or equivalent). Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, advertising, or multimedia design (agency or in‑house). A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, versatility, and execution across print, video, and digital campaigns. Proven experience designing for GDN, social platforms, and other dynamic ad channels. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. HMO under MediCard with a maximum limit of 500,000 per annum (Individual Plan). Total of 184 hours (23 days) worth of PTO credits per annum. Night differential of 10% of base pay.
