Who we’re looking for: As part of the global support team based in Parañaque, Metro Manila, the Engineering Drafting Team Leader will work closely with the National General Manager and project teams in Australia. This role leads the Drafting Team in producing accurate CAD drawings for Australian projects, including land development, roads, and infrastructure. It promotes strong collaboration across local and Australian teams and ensures high‑quality outputs through effective processes and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Participate in business operations discussions and process improvement. Lead the Engineering Drafting team based in Manila. Ensure high accuracy and quality of all outputs delivered to Australia. Promote a people‑first culture in the workplace. Respond to client inquiries professionally and on time. Develop processes that enhance client satisfaction. Produce and compile engineering drawings, schedules, and reports efficiently. Support engineers and civil designers with drafting needs. Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all drafting work. Create "As Constructed" drawings from site sketches. Ensure drafting follows the Company Business Management System. Conduct internal audits and maintain drafting standards and libraries. Deliver tasks on time and to spec to support business financial goals. To be successful in this role, you will need: A licensed Civil Engineer is strongly preferred. Background in Australian projects is a plus Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD with ability to develop complex drawings and high‑quality presentations. Skilled in preparing various civil drafting elements such as plans, sections, drainage, signage, and infrastructure details. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and supervise technical drafting staff.
