Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Basis Senior Associate to join our technology team. You will be responsible for the administration, performance monitoring, and support of SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring optimal system availability and compliance with best practices. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale SAP environments while enhancing your expertise in cutting-edge cloud and enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain SAP S/4HANA BASIS systems.
  • Perform regular system monitoring and tuning for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solution implementation.
  • Analyze and improve SAP system architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and protocols.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging SAP BASIS and cloud technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in SAP BASIS support and administration.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA BASIS.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP BASIS certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SLT, and database performance tuning.
Additional Info
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules aligned with US time zones.
  • Work location: Hybrid set up in BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila.
