This role is Site Project/Construction Manager who will ensure proper interpretation of the contract and provide technical information to workers and other professionals assigned to the project. The candidate will select appropriate construction methodologies and strategies in collaboration with engineers and construction specialists. The manager will demonstrate strong leadership to the team, instruct and supervise construction staff to ensure compliance with specifications, building and safety codes, legal requirements, and other regulations. Responsibilities External Communications: Provide support and advice to help others maximize external communication systems. Construction Management: Supervise a construction project using established operational systems. Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow HSE policies and procedures to identify and mitigate environmental and workplace risks. Work Scheduling and Allocation: Assign short‑term work schedules to meet expectations along established timelines. Leadership and Direction: Communicate local action plans, motivate people to achieve local business goals, and explain how these relate to broader company objectives. Performance Management: Use performance management systems to improve personal performance and monitor team progress. Organizational Capability Building: Provide coaching to develop team members’ skills. Quality Assurance: Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Operational Compliance: Identify instances of noncompliance with policies, procedures, or regulatory codes and report escalations. Contracts Management: Communicate terms and conditions of construction and consultancy contracts clearly to ensure proper interpretation of clauses, obligations, and expectations. Client & Customer Management (External): Assist senior colleagues with client and customer relationships using relevant sales or client systems. Education Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent level. Experience General Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience enabling guidance on most situations. Managerial Experience: 7 to 12 months of general supervision of junior colleagues. Experience in Windfarm construction projects. Location and Contract Details This job offer is a project contract to be based in Samar.
