Resource Management: Organizing and managing resources like materials, equipment, and personnel. Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions. Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Technical Support: Providing technical support to construction staff, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting: Preparing project reports, documenting project progress, and maintaining project records. Communication: Communicating project updates, issues, and changes to stakeholders. Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, identifying cost savings opportunities, and ensuring projects stay within budget. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. Graduate of Civil Engineering. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical and logistical issues. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines. Project Management Skills: Understanding of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
