Involves providing comprehensive administrative support, particularly in collaboration with the Group companies' HR, international assignees, headquarters, and various vendors.

Responsibilities:
-Process payment requests and purchase orders for various expenses related to assignees, including housing, income tax, club memberships, insurance, salaries, immigration, and training fees.
-Prepare and issue invoices for shared services (payroll, immigration, orientation, and SDL payment services) to Hitachi and its group companies.
-Assist team members with payroll entry, creating bonus provision tables, and tax filing for Hitachi Asia and Hitachi group companies.
-Set up systems for incoming and outgoing assignees (HiNext & ESSP) and vendor setup (KYPS).
-Coordinate arrival preparations, including setting up email accounts, staff passes, PCs, phones, and bank accounts.
-Manage tax vendor service initiation and termination for assignees using the Vialto system (myMobility).
-Raise repatriation payouts for departing assignees covering accommodation and transportation.
-Maintain accurate records of assignee details, such as family and school information, assignment dates, home leave, immigration status, and housing leases.
-Support team members in estimating the annual fiscal year budget for assignees at HAS offices.
-Assist with ad-hoc projects related to global mobility as assigned.
-Take minutes during meetings and events.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in any relevant studies
-With 2 years of experience in in administration, payroll, or global mobility
-Experienced working in a large or complex organizations
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Amenable to work in a Hybrid setup in Makati City
