Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.* Support Facility Manager to oversee technical operation, including two commercial building and branches.* Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure* Supervise and arrangement of repair, maintenance and replacement services* Main contact person for all technical service contractors* Supervise repair and maintenance works of technical team and contractors* Handle defect rectification aspects* Housekeeping for all work document, including quotation/ tender, checklist, completion sheet, photo record ect.* Co-ordinate with Facility Manager and Building Service Engineer to facilitate business needs* Work with different department to fulfill customer procurement procedure & statutory requirements**Location:**On-site –Taguig, PhilippinesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
