About the Role Product Owner – P2P Applications (Product Owner - P2P Applications ) Applications will be accepted until 10 November 2024 at 11:59 pm. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati, Philippines. Responsibilities Product Planning and Strategy Work closely with stakeholders to define a clear product vision and strategy, aligning the P2P applications with long‑term goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends that can enhance the product. Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining the timeline and prioritization of features and enhancements. Deployment and Execution Collaborate with cross‑functional Scrum teams to turn product ideas into tangible features. Define user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business needs and user expectations. Oversee the product’s deployment process, managing releases to deliver timely updates. Monitor and report on project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Product Ownership and Leadership Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and impact. Lead sprint planning and review meetings within an Agile and Scrum framework. Champion Agile and Scrum best practices to improve product development processes and team efficiency. Change Management Prepare the organization and end‑users for product changes or new features through change‑management plans. Train end‑users, providing ongoing support to ensure adoption and satisfaction. Gather and address user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Facilitate collaboration across procurement, materials management, IT and other departments for successful P2P application development and deployment. Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and release notes. Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into product performance, user satisfaction and improvement opportunities. About You Applications from motivated and talented individuals with a keen interest in the energy industry are encouraged. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related business course. Excellent planning, business, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong project management skills. In‑depth understanding of procurement/supply‑chain business areas, digital technologies and agile practices. 5–8+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting on P2P processes and applications. High engagement skills, consulting background and strong digital proficiency. Willingness to work on shift schedules. Skilled in developing, implementing and utilizing P2P and MM digital tools. Able to frame opportunities, analyze alternatives and integrate processes and tools with strategy. Selection Criteria 3 – Deliver Results and Execution Consistently delivers solutions with excellence, meeting or exceeding targets. Oversees the product deployment process and manages releases for successful updates. Aligns teams with Agile and Scrum principles while managing workloads and priorities. Selection Criteria 4 – Change Management Proven ability to lead effective organizational change. Develops organizational capability and trains end‑users on tool features, providing ongoing support for adoption and satisfaction. Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
