We’re looking for a driven and analytical Advertising Manager to lead and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Amazon Sponsored Ads. In this role, you’ll craft data-backed strategies that boost visibility, conversions, and ROI while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. How you will achieve success: Launch, manage, and optimize all search marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring strategic alignment with overall business goals. Develop and execute comprehensive search marketing strategies to boost visibility and conversion among marketplace customers. Collaborate with internal teams (Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing) to drive a cohesive brand approach and meet margin and ROI objectives. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance through budget management, bid adjustments, competitive analysis, and detailed performance reporting. Lead market research, brand strategy development, and stakeholder communication to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities. What experiences will help you in this role: Over 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads with proven success in handling advertising budgets over $1M. Skilled in organizing, analyzing, and reporting large data sets using tools like Excel and Google Sheets to guide data-driven decisions. Familiarity with Amazon ad management platforms such as Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics; prior ad agency and marketing degree background are advantageous. Strong ability to create and present advertising performance reports and actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders. Equipped for remote work with a complete home office setup and flexibility to work U.S. business hours (8 AM–5 PM CST) within a fast-paced, diverse environment. This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup.
