Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans from kick-off to turnover, outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, plans, and progress reports.
  • Generate regular reports for Management, highlighting project status, potential risks, and proposed solutions.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including time, manpower, and tools.
  • Implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress, track historical data, and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Provide practical and feasible solutions to challenges encountered during the project lifecycle.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, considering the strengths and expertise of team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and empowered team environment.
  • Always explore and present alternative options and solutions to challenges.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to budget constraints and cost-effective project execution.
  • Pay meticulous attention to details to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Proactively engage with customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project flow.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team to gather feedback, assign tasks, and address challenges.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Possess a strong understanding of home furniture products and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the home furniture industry at least a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage detailed project plans
  • Exceptional communication and management skills
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
