Your role Job Overview of an IT Full Stack Developer (Laravel and PHP) Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Actively pursue learning opportunities to stay updated on new web technologies and development processes. Mentoring and Technical Guidance: Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and assistance to peers within the web development team. Facilitate clear and concise communication to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and milestones. Quality Code Delivery Deliver high‑quality code following established best practices in web development. Uphold coding standards, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the maintenance of a robust web codebase. About you Requirements you must have: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Open to fresh graduates with good scholastic records. Internship or freelancing experience in web development is a plus. Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, MYSQL, Laravel, VueJS. Knowledge of at least one MVC framework CodeIgniter. Knowledge of responsive layouts using Bootstrap, Less, Foundation, etc. is a plus. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility with special considerations for Internet Explorer 8 and up. Strong sense of CSS3 transitions and DOM-based animations. Energetic self‑starter with the ability to take ownership and be accountable for deliverables. Ability to QA and verify code on multiple browsers/devices. Extremely detail‑oriented and asks questions and checks facts rather than assuming. Excellent problem‑solving skills. 1 Full‑Time position available. Willing to work in Ayala, Makati on a hybrid work set‑up.
