Overview

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert. The role will be tasked to monitor reprocessing activities for Cheese production. Tasks include but are not limited to inventory, receiving, reprocessing, issuance and disposal of items which are Fit for Reprocess (FFR) and Inedibles. The role also involves monitoring output at the Recovery Area. The shift is a 12-hour per day schedule and includes Sundays and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor reprocessing activities for Cheese production.
  • Manage inventory-related tasks including receiving, reprocessing, issuing, and disposal of items that are Fit for Reprocess (FFR) and Inedibles.
  • Monitor output at the Recovery Area.
  • Adhere to assigned 12-hour shift schedule, including Sundays and holidays.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Experience or familiarity with reprocessing and inventory processes in a production environment (as applicable to Cheese production).
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including Sundays and holidays.
