Join us as a Primarily responsible for providing tender estimates that is of high quality and meets the engineered solution of the organizations’ standard and local codes. Submits orders for new equipment that is in line with the agreed contract and technical provisions. Ensure all tender cost estimations submission are completed timely and all order intakes are completed on time within the month end closings. Carry out tender in accordance with the Company’s ISO 9000 Procedures and Work Instructions for all product lines Read and interpret technical specification and drawings. Define the most suitable lifts and escalators design for customer’s requirement and in line with Sales Strategy based on Schindler Elevator System Standards (ESS), Group Product Lines, International and Local Elevator & Escalator Standards. Perform elevator and escalator configurations, technical calculations on Schindler’s approved tools Liaise with concerned units for imported cost & nonstandard cost and non-standard technical solution Site visit for projects if required Order processing Prepare all range of product line orders to the factories Compile order documents by selecting suitable elevator components from Schindler Technical Catalogue, Product Line Component Specifications and Engineering Centre pre-approved technical solutions. Liaise with project team for the layout confirmation, site readiness, delivery on site, etc. Order and update net plan activities using Schindler platform for system configuration, PR release, etc. Monitoring of factory and local as sold cost Drawing preparation Provide xml file to DO for drawing preparation Ensures that the information provided like the xml file are accurate and delivered in timely manner.
