What These Roles Typically Looks Like:
  • Core tools: Microsoft Power BI, Visual Studio, SQL, Excel
  • Key work: Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that turn data into meaningful insights for healthcare stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with teams to gather reporting/analytics requirements and deliver visualizations & dashboards that drive decision-making
  • Building data models, optimizing performance, and creating ETL processes for clean, reliable data pipelines
  • Keeping up to date with new Power BI features and trends
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
What We Look For:
  • Legally eligible to work in the Philippines
  • 3+ years in a Data Analyst (or similar) role
  • Strong skills in Power BI and advanced Excel
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Bonus points: Experience in healthcare tech or MEDITECH , Epic or similar EHR systems
