Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Paralegal Officer to support the Legal and Corporate Secretariat functions of the Bank. You will assist Legal Officers and the Corporate Secretary in handling legal documentation, compliance, litigation support, and board governance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing loan-related documents and legal contracts.
  • Handle legal correspondences (e.g., writs, subpoenas, court orders), including drafting responses and managing legal records.
  • Support the preparation of Secretary's Certificates, Board and Stockholders' Resolutions.
  • Provide admin support during Board and stockholders' meetings; help prepare meeting minutes.

  • At least 3 years of relevant legal support experience, preferably in banking or a law firm.
  • Knowledge of court procedures, legal documentation, and corporate compliance.
