Job Purpose The Recruitment Associate is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Job Description Take the lead in hiring process which includes assessing and coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, administering pre-employment tests and requirements, interviewing applicants, facilitating job offers and performing reference checks. Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend manpower requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are current and relevant to the positions requested. Gather pre-employment requirements and ensure complete submission. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities through ongoing relationship building and talent sourcing. Maintains and updates recruitment tracker. Tracks the subscription with the job posting portals; requests and tracks payments for Job Ad posting. Liaises between the company and employment agencies, universities, and government agencies for employment purposes, as necessary. Manages onboarding process of new hires which include employee orientation, completeness of administrative requirements (payroll, government forms, company forms, ID) and pre-employment requirements, encoding in HRIS, and application for a payroll account. In charge of issuance of onboarding materials such as employee ID, Unionbank ATM card, HR2 manual, employee manual, etc. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, AB Psychology, Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Experience : At least 2-3 years’ background in recruitment. Successful work experience as HR Officer, HR specialist or other HR positions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (pay and benefits, recruitment, employee info administration). Proficient in MS, HRIS and Payroll Application. Basic knowledge on labor laws. Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving & decision making. Strength of character, ethics, commitment and reliability. Excellent customer service orientation/skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
