Responsibilities
  • Sales Management & Recruitment
  • Recruit Brokers Team
  • Ensure proper training and orientation of sellers about the project, company, policies and procedures
  • Deliver and required sales performance
  • Develop good relationships with sellers and clients and assist them in their needs and concerns
  • Know and understand buyers demography & our competitor in order to properly guide our sellers
  • Conduct project presentation to Corporate accounts
  • Proper and efficient usage of sales and marketing funds
  • Monitoring and follow-up of compliance of Past due Accounts and those with lacking documents and ensure proper coordination and follow-up of sellers to ensure high compliance rate and avoid/minimize cancellation.
  • Follow up completion of reservation transaction
  • Assess sellers performance
  • Coaching, mentoring and improving seller's performance
  • Coordinate with customer service with regards to booked sales, available inventories, cancellable accounts and cancellation data
  • Ensure regular provision of open units inventory to sellers
