About the Role Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc. is seeking an Audit Supervisor to join our growing Corporate Audit Department. This role will be responsible for conducting external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing actionable recommendations that support operational efficiency and sound financial practices. Key Responsibilities Perform home office auditor and issue appropriate recommendations or dispositions. Conduct intercompany audits and other specialized reviews as required. Ensure compliance with established internal controls, risk management policies, and procedures. Lead and supervise audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting. Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit issues and strengthen overall compliance. Qualifications BS Accountancy Graduate (required). CPA board passer is an advantage. At least 1–2 years of experience in external/internal audit. Experience in handling a team and previous retail auditing experience is preferred. SAP knowledge is an advantage (SAP F3/Hana). Strong understanding of internal control concepts and risk assessment. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Can work independently and with minimum supervision. Willing to travel for audit engagements. Can Start ASAP Company events, seminar and training.
