Position : Web Developer

Location : Makati, Philippines

Working Hours : 8pm to 5am, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities :

• Website Customization with Divi (or Elementor): Tailor existing WordPress themes, plugins, and functionality to fulfill client requirements. Ensure a seamless integration with their branding and visual identity, powered by Divi (or Elementor)'s versatility.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their needs, offer technical guidance, and effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and timelines. Divi (or Elementor)'s flexibility will be your tool of choice.
• Content Management: Manage and update website content, including images, text, multimedia elements, and other assets.
• Website Optimization: Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO). Enhance user experience and boost search engine rankings with Divi (or Elementor)'s responsive design capabilities.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance with Divi (or Elementor): Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors in websites. Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance tasks using Divi (or Elementor) to ensure website security and stability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of website development, customization, and configuration processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future updates.
• Industry Trends and Research: Keep yourself informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress web development.

Qualifications :

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a WordPress Web Developer, encompassing both front-end design and back-end configuration and management. Show us your strong portfolio that showcases your previous work, proudly featuring Divi (or Elementor)-powered creations.
• WordPress Expertise: Dive deep into your knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins, with experience in custom theme development, plugin customization, and proficiency with popular page builders like Divi and Elementor. Familiarity with custom post and custom fields frameworks like Pods and Toolset is a plus.
• Strong Design Esthetic: You should feel at home starting with a "blank page" and have the ability to apply design principles. Incorporate client color palettes seamlessly, taking a website from inception to completion.
• Problem Solving: Be adept at problem-solving and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the pixel-perfect implementation of design elements and adherence to project requirements, with Divi (or Elementor)'s precision tools at your disposal.
• Communication Skills: Communicate effectively and exhibit strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client needs.).
• Time Management: Possess strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Continuous Learning: Exhibit a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends, techniques, and technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Graphics editing and optimization (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Project management
