Responsibilities Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to analyze budget performance, track spending against forecasts, and identify areas for financial improvement. Identify cost‑saving opportunities across the supply chain and operations, and implement initiatives to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality or service. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor operational performance, including inventory turnover, order accuracy, and supplier performance. Work closely with production, procurement, finance, and logistics teams to align planning processes and ensure integrated decision‑making. Maintain accurate data in ERP systems related to materials planning, inventory, and cost centers to support reliable reporting and decision‑making. Participate in or lead projects aimed at process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains within supply chain and cost management functions. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years’ experience and exposure in any of the following fields – Material Planning, Resource Capacity, or IE‑related functions. Experience working with ERP/MRP/SAP systems. Punctual, willing to learn, fast learner, with a good working attitude. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs documentation. With experience/exposure in analyst‑related functions and knowledgeable on ERP/SAP, PBI, SQL, and advanced Excel, will be an advantage. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations management, supply chain management, or any related course.
